We're proud to introduce our newest offering: the Special Reserve 1000 mL Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

This oil comes from a single, family-owned farm in southern Italy, tended by the same family for more than five generations. The olive trees are grown entirely by nature — no irrigation, no chemical fertilizers, no artificial intervention. Just Mediterranean sun, seasonal rainfall, and generations of patient stewardship.

Until now, this oil has never been sold or consumed outside its local region in Italy. You're getting access to something that, until this release, only the local community had ever tasted.

Two years ago, we invited the Managing Director and Ph.D. from the UC Davis Olive Center — one of the leading olive oil research institutions in the world — to visit the farm, evaluate its production, and offer guidance for future harvests. He was struck by both the quality of the grove and the extraordinary character of the oil, and worked closely with the family to help preserve and elevate its exceptional standards.
